Larry Watson is back with Milkweed Editions! Milkweed is the original publisher of MONTANA 1948 and JUSTICE and will publish Larry's newest novel, AMERICAN BOY, in 2011.

Larry Watson will give a presentation entitled "A Writer and His Settings" on June 18, 2010, at 3:00 PM for the Southeast Wisconsin Festival of Books at UW-Waukesha, Waukesha, WI. At 4:00 PM, Larry will also appear on a panel, "Landscape in Fiction," with CJ Hribal.

Larry Watson is appearing at the Equality State Book Festival in Casper, Wyoming, September 24-25, 2010. This festival will mark the 24th anniversary of the Annual Casper College/​ARTCORE Literary Conference.

Larry Watson has agreed to appear at the One Book/​One Community event in Farmington, New Mexico, in October of 2010. Time and Date TBA.

ORCHARD was recently optioned for film by Beau Flynn and Marley Shelton.
